Teamwork in Action: Diversified and Munters Collaborate Remotely on Greenhouse
Today’s COVID-19 environment has necessitated different approaches to delivering technical solutions in the field. Due to a nationwide lockdown in Israel, our partners at Munters were unable to travel overseas for our collaborative greenhouse project in North Carolina. Through the use of webcams and the Rotem Green Net, our onsite Diversified representatives worked together with Munters remotely to successfully install a greenhouse automation system at a customer facility.
The team was able to control and set up a very complex system of climate, irrigation and fertigation parameters, as well as calibrate all valve flow rates, pressure and EC & PH sensors. The full system ran until the customer’s required set point was reached, and afterward our dealer worked with Munters to provide onsite training on the system operation.
